Meet the Latin Adventures Team

Behind every unforgettable journey through South America lies a team of passionate professionals dedicated to making your travel dreams a reality. At Latin Adventures, we are not just trip planners—we are storytellers, local experts, and your personal guides to the heart of Latin America. Our team is the backbone of every personalized experience we create, combining years of experience with a genuine passion for this extraordinary continent.

We believe that the best travel experiences are forged through genuine connections—with places, cultures, and people. That’s why we’ve built a team of specialists who not only know South America but also live it, breathe it, and are eager to share its wonders with you.

Our Story, Our Mission

Latin Adventures was born from a simple yet powerful conviction: South America deserves to be discovered in an authentic, responsible, and deeply personal way.

Founded by travelers who fell in love with the region, our agency has become a bridge between cultures, connecting explorers from around the world with the most authentic experiences that Latin America has to offer.

Our mission is to create transformative journeys. We don’t settle for just showing destinations; we want our travelers to understand the stories behind each place, savor local cuisine with cultural context, and establish meaningful connections with the communities they visit.

We are guided by three fundamental values: Authenticity, because we believe the best memories emerge from real experiences. Sustainability, because we love this land and actively work to protect it. And Personalized Service, because we understand that each traveler is unique and deserves an itinerary designed specifically for their interests.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Team

Absolutely. All our guides have official certifications required by tourism authorities. Depending on their specialization, they hold licenses for protected areas, certifications in first aid and rescue, and sustainability training. We rigorously comply with all regulations and constantly update our certifications.

Collectively, our team, with years of experience in South American tourism, has successfully led hundreds of expeditions, ranging from high-altitude treks to cultural immersions in remote communities.

Yes, all our main coordinators speak Spanish and English fluently. For less common languages, we collaborate with specialized guides who can assist in Mandarin, Japanese, and other languages as needed.

Definitely, once your itinerary is confirmed, we will put you in direct contact with the guides who will accompany you. You’ll be able to ask specific questions, share particular interests, and discuss the difficulty level. This prior communication enables us to personalize the experience further.

For the most part, yes. We prioritize working with local guides because they bring knowledge and authenticity that’s impossible to replicate. An Amazonian guide is well-versed in the sounds of the forest and the medicinal properties of local plants. A Cusco guide understands the Andean worldview from within, not from books.

Three fundamental things: genuine commitment—we’re not package sellers, we’re people who love this region; verifiable experience—our certifications and real testimonials back our expertise. Focus on personal transformation—we want you to return changed, with new perspectives and meaningful connections. We design experiences that educate, inspire, and connect, with deep respect for local cultures.
